Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sell and promote the company’s products achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Follow up on sales leads as required by Management.
  • Provide all internal and external customers of the company with an excellent standard of customer experience.
  • Ensure that all products in the Showroom are neatly and attractively displayed, with price tags and labelling attached.
  • Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Portray a professional and positive approach whilst dealing with customers and other employees whether through direct contact, on the phone or email.
  • Ensure customer queries are attended to and in the required lapse of time.
  • Promote a positive image of the Company at all times by being polite, professional and well groomed.
  • Ensure perfect visual merchandising of the showroom at all times.
  • Participate in any promotional events that the company may organise during weekdays and at weekends.
  • Is responsible for the till (including the daily balancing and reconciling of cash sales) as and when required.
  • Carry out all work in line with the company’s standards, policies and procedures.
  • Keep proactively up to date with existing products / new products and other developments in the industry and share findings with the team.
  • Ensure that there are sufficient stocks on display, replenish stock minimum on a weekly basis or as and when required.
  • Conduct stock inventories on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor closely and ensure that physical stock matches stock records on the system at all times.
  • Perform all administrative work attached with the position in line with the company’s policies and procedures and on the designated systems. This include but is not limited to assisting in preparing sales reports, updating customer databases and updating vehicles’ servicing reports.
  • Abide to all Health and Safety policies and procedures of the company.

 

Qualification & Experience:

 

 

  • HSC holder 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position in a fast paced retail environment
  • Customer Focused
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills both English and French
  • Willing to work odd hours (In commercial centres)
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Office and SAP Business One
