Job Responsibilities
- Perform functional tasks by adhering to the Company’s laid down standards and procedures by using the correct equipment and materials for mounting and demounting of tyres, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and repair tyres.
- Fill-in tyre change slip whenever tyres have been changed.
- Responsible for the stock of tyres (new or rebuilt tyres) on site.
- Report defective equipment and machinery and all accidents / incidents to Management.
- Transfer tyres from the store to the Workshop as and when required.
- Take care of equipment, uniform and accessories as well as machineries.
- Perform work tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Exhibit excellent customer service standards and ensure that the customers’ requirements are met.
- Promote the company’s image by maintaining good housekeeping at all times.
- Develop knowledge of products and services been offered to customers.
- Use appropriate equipment and accessories for mounting and demounting of tyres.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least Form 4
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Hardworking & Reliable
- Attention to details
- Ready to work odd hours if required
