Garmin Transducer GT15M-IH 8-Pin

Clear Sonar Performance. Nothing Outside the Hull.

Get reliable sonar information without mounting a transducer externally on your boat. The Garmin GT15M-IH, reference 010-12402-00, is a 600W Mid-Band CHIRP in-hull transducer made for compatible fibreglass boats, particularly where a clean installation and dependable depth performance are important.

Installed inside the hull against the bottom of the boat, the GT15M-IH sends its sonar signal through the fibreglass and into the water. This keeps the transducer protected inside the boat and avoids having equipment mounted on the transom, making it a practical option for higher-speed vessels.

Key Features

• In-hull installation – mounts inside a compatible fibreglass hull, with no transducer exposed outside the boat.
• Mid-Band CHIRP sonar – operates across 85–165 kHz for clear bottom definition and detailed sonar information.
• 600W RMS power – provides strong sonar performance for fishing and depth monitoring.
• Clear fish arches – CHIRP technology helps improve target separation and distinguish individual fish.
• 24°–13° beam width – provides a wider beam at lower frequencies and a narrower, more focused view at higher frequencies.
• Made for high-speed boats – in-hull installation avoids transom-mounted positioning where water flow and cavitation can affect sonar performance.
• Depth capability – Garmin rates the transducer for depths of up to approximately 580 metres in freshwater, depending on water conditions and connected equipment.
• 8-pin connector – connects to compatible Garmin chartplotters and fishfinders with the appropriate sonar port.
• 6-metre cable – provides flexibility when routing the connection between the transducer and compatible marine electronics.
